Hydraulic cylinders components

The ball joints presents an internally threaded connector for heavy performance, short thread. Bearing according to ISO 12240-1 series E, fixed at the head with rings. It is relubricated by way of a grease lubricator in the terminal and through the pivot. Particularly recommended for hydraulic cylinders, where our design allows maximum stroke lenght with minimum closed centers.

The turned tube is a semi-finished product suitable to manufacture single and double acting hydraulic cylinders. Made of steel St. 52.3 DIN 2393 ISO H8, it is the constructive basis of the standard cylinders. The possibility for the customer to shorten its length according to his needs makes of it a very flexible product.

The weldable fork is an attachment suitable for the production of single and double acting hydraulic cylinders. Made of Fe510C and welded on the endplug, it allows a fastening with pins. This attachment is used in standard cylinders. This item is advisable for all the sectors.

The cushioning front is a finished product suitable for the manufacturing of cylinders requiring a fixed cushioning while the rod is retracting . The machining of the chrome-plated rod must be executed in a way to enable a perfect cushioning.

The headbush  is a finished product suitable to manufacture single and double acting hydraulic cylinders. Made of cast iron G25, it is a fundamental component for the production of standard cylinders. It is a flexible item, particularly used in the mobile, agricultural and industrial fields.

The fixed eye is an attachment suitable for the production of single and double acting hydraulic cylinders. Made of Fe510C and welded/bolted on the endplug and, it allows a fastening with pint. This item is advisable for all the sectors.

The  flange is an attachment suitable for the production of single and double acting cylinders. Made of Fe510C and welded on the tube of the cylinder, it allows an easy and strong fastening of the cylinder. This flange is used in standard cylinders  and is suitable for all the sectors.

The piston is a product suitable to manufacture single and double acting hydraulic cylinders. Made of steel 9SMn28, it is a basic component for standard cylinders. The item, very flexible, is particularly used in the mobile, in the agricultural and in the industrial sectors.

The ball joint with grease nipple is produced in S355JR UNI EN 10025. It presents a rectangulare base and without central pivot. Suitable for hydraulic cylinders produced in accordance with CETOP and DIN 24333, DIN 24336 and ISO 6020/1, ISO 6022.

The threaded fork is an attachment suitable for the production of single and double acting hydraulic cylinders. Made of Fe510C and screwed on the threaded chrome-plated rod , it allows a fastening with pins (it does not enable a radial movement but only a rotating movement on the same axis). This item is advisable for all the sectors.

The weldable threaded port  is a component suitable for the production of single and double acting cylinders. Made of 9SMn28 (lead-free) and welded on the tube of the cylinder or on the endplug, it is the standard solution to obtain oil inlet ports in the cylinders. This item is recommended for all the activity sectors.
